Nature Spirits or Elementals

Theosophy states that nature spirits and elementals have bodies created from the finer kinds of matter. There are numerous counts of them, divided into seven classes. Two of the classes are unmanifested, but the others are air, earth, fire and water. There is an inferior god at the head of each class. Nature spirits work through unsuspected methods, occasionally helping humans.
